How it works

4 easy steps, no waiting rooms.

01

Book a time online

Pick a time that works for you — no phone tag, no back-and-forth.

02

Tell me what's up

A quick chat about pain, tightness, or treatment goals so we're aligned on what you want.

03

Let's see where you're at

A brief assessment so we have outcome measures to work towards and an individualised plan. This is what gets you the results you want, not just a generic rub down.

04

Hands on

An hour of focused treatment to work towards your goals so that you leave better than how you arrived. This might come with some at-home tips to keep you recovering better, moving better, and training better.

Initial appointments will include less hands-on time, as it's important to establish a baseline via assessment first. This only takes 10–15 minutes.

About the Owner

Sharna Walsh is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with more than 8 years' experience working with a large range of patients, and a strong focus in the sports and athletic recovery space. Her passion for movement has led her to further her education and pursue a degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, as well as an ASCA Strength and Conditioning course — both of which she is currently completing.

Sharna has spent 12+ years in the gym, including dabbling in Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, Strongman, and Muay Thai. An avid lover of the weights room, she is no stranger to what a body under heavy load actually needs. It does help that her partner is an Elite Triathlete... she has seen first hand what it takes to win!

Sharna is passionate about working with patients to drive the kind of treatment that they need, for the outcomes they want — be that moving better, recovering faster, performing better, or simply a reduction in acute or chronic pain.

If any of this resonates with you, we look forward to seeing you at SW Sports and Recovery. See you there!
